2 cheat days and i gained extra pounds. I need to smash them with hardcore cardio and weights this week.
63 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

gyms have been closed in the Philippines. Are you training at home? I am so used to train at home during quarantine. little dumbbells. heavy kettlebell and bodyweight calisthenics. I has even obtained better results if I would go in a gym.
