Well I have slowed down on my weight loss and that sucks because I really need to lose the weight by Dec. 16 so I can have my surgery. I am going to start exercising a little (well as much as I can with this hurt arm) and see if that helps.
137.4 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 51.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
