Alhamdulillah akhirnya melewati beberapa waktu stuck bb. Hampir 2minggu lebih stuck, atur pola makan lagi, wo kencengin.. Usaha tidak mengkhianati hasil, Tetap semangat sahabat FS yg BBnya masih stuck. Tetap konsisten dan semangat yaaa ❤💪

@ladydyas tetap semangat kak.. aku juga kemarinan stuck bbnya, hajar wo trus atur lagi makanannya.. tp 2hari kemarin wo lagi skip, karena diganti jalan sama anak muter komplek. Hehe alhamdulillah turun 😊
