I am actually feeling better this morning, just sore. I expected the soreness. My goal is to hit up the gym hard after work and shower before heading to my parents house for the weekend. They have a treadmill at their house so there is no reason to slack this weekend. Plus, my mom and I will be doing black friday shopping at an outdoor mall, so there will be plenty of chance to walk... and freeze. Well, time to get ready for work. Let's see how today goes!
