Alhamdulillah 3 minggu cuti dan selama 3 minggu makan banyak, rata-rata asupan kalori harian diatas TDEE, mulai makan kebuli kambing, burger, kebab, barbeque, cake, martabak, brownies, batagor, semua disikat ternyata cuma naik 1 kg..

Oke back to work, back on track, Bismillah..
80.9 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
