Yesterday was special. I ended up not keeping my salad from lunch down and the chicken I had for dinner. I spent the evening (after struggling to work out... ZUMBA!) curled up in a ball on the couch. It wasn't really that pleasant.
85.6 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
