Well today I am back on the downward cycle. I am feeling better and not stressing over my test that I have to have. I have faith that everything is going to be fine. I have to try to get healthier and that means not giving in to stress eating which seems to be a problem for me. I have to work hard to overcome the problem or I will never stay healthy even with having the surgery and I am not willing to go thru all the pain and trouble to have it and then gain it all back. To me it’s not worth the risks if I just gain it back. And with my thyroid condition I will have to work hard not to gain it back. This is not going to be a simple fix for me it is going to take a lifetime of work to keep the weight off once I lose it and that’s something I AM willing to work at.
136.9 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 50.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
