Alhamdulillah turun perlahan dengan pasti. sebenernya awal bulan udah nimbang dan sudah turun sampai 64,85 kg. jadi makin semangat lagi Hidup sehat dan WO dirutinkan kembali.. Semangat semua ya sahabat FS!!!
