Overall it was a decent day. I was off my normal schedule and was a bit hungry randomly throughout the day but it was managable. I didn't go to work out b/c my body needed time to rest and re-energize from the crazy week. I am ready to go today and my knee seems a bit better from my crazy zumba adventure a few days ago.
85.1 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
