Kurangnya dikit2 aja gpp, yg penting ttp sehat, konsisten idup sehat dan ga balik lg ke BB semula (pdhl semalem makannya barbar bgt, martabak telor 3 potong, martabak keju 1 potong, thai tea, cireng bandung) alhamdulillah BB ga naik 😁😁😁😇😇
