7/30開始戒菸後,體重一路往上飆升6公斤,
加油💪,菸都能忍著不抽了,現在要忍著拒絕美食😂!
中午的便當讓我有罪惡感😆

除了意志力與堅強的決心,找到自己的方式取代菸癮 我抽25年一天一包七星,不靠任何藥物,已經4個月沒抽菸了,想著自己沒在抽煙,熬過就成功了,不難😂
