早餐:蛋+牛奶
午餐:燕麥或丹堤雕魚飯(推薦)原因:好吃
晚餐:爭鮮的壽司(炙燒鮭魚)不要選魚肚或魚腹類,脂肪很多

每天早上一杯黑咖啡配幾顆堅果(不超過一個手掌大小)牛奶喝熱的,一天兩杯。

以上+每天健走,堅持下去,成功就是你的
目前我瘦掉15公斤,沒去健身旁(覺得是泡芙人)
57 kg Lost so far: 15 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
