alhamdulillah sedikiiiiiittt lg.... makasiih loh tmn" fs.. trnyt bener.. makan banyak jga masi bisa turun kok.. tau gitu nyesell bgt awal" diet makan dikiiiittt bgt krn gk tau itu yg namanya bmr.. skrg aq makan diatas bmr tp masi bisa turun kok. semangaat menuju 48
