Nyobain cardio dance workout sejam aja capek banget ternyata😂 biasanya cuma 30 menit. Ditambah lagi puasa juga karena nanti sore mau pergi takut ga sempet olahraga jadinya cardio siang2 deh. Rasanya aah mantap💪🏻
