Scales are horrible. Eating healthy doesnt mean weight loss i know that. Im seeing progress with the new approach of working out plus eating healthy foods. I have cut sugar and carbs. Diet, daily movement and exercise are the three key points if i want to get a healthy lifestyle

if u want the fastest way to lose weight, try intermittent fasting. I've tried it for about 3 months and I lose 15 pounds. No workouts, just diet and IE
