I kept forgetting to weigh in!

So here we are. I have been working a lot so I've had to have a sandwich or something at lunchtime.

A basic sandwich something like sausage and egg or ham and cheese. Reduced the amount of protein with my dinner along with zero added carbs.

Today I am busy until 3pm so I will eat one meal and tomorrow I am going for steak and wine night so again one meal.
76.6 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
