Day 13 (Phase1): Breakfast: Med Coffee from Tim Hortons, 2 sweeters, 2 milk (2% since they don't carry skim). 1 hard boiled egg with soy sauce.

Lunch: Spinich Salad with cucumber and celery with Greek Feta salad dressing. Had soft tofu with Japanese Ponzu sauce (Soy Sauce and lemon), and sugar-free jello.

Dinner: Ate at my Mom's house: had Hot and Sour soup (my favorite), the only bad thing was some slices of carrot in the soup. Also had stir fried cabbage and snow peas with soy sauce.

Worked out for 20 minutes on treadmill: walk only.

Late snack: Sugar-free jello and a Diet Dr. Pepper.

SBD is going good, not following exact receipes, but ensuring to eat to can and the CANNOTS.
80.3 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.9 kg a Week

Way to go on the work out ! :) Ive never had soy sauce on hard boiled eggs....Hmmmm...Now I will have to try it ! :) Keep up the hard work !!!!

I'm not into sweets, but I have a salty tooth. I use to eat chips, popcorn, all the time. I suggest lite soy sauce, which has less sodium.
