I'm pretty disappointed with myself. I've gained 38 pounds in the last two years. I started gaining when i found out I was going to be laid off, and I have continued to allow chaotic eating patterns. I remember how happy I felt when I was out of the 300s. I'm not as far from there as I used to be, but right now my new goal is to lose 7 pounds to get my BMI to 47%. My overall goal is 166 which is a BMI of 26%. This is still considered overweight, but I have big bones (for real, its not an excuse).
