well i stopped drinking enough water so i know that is one of the main reasons i gained. another reason is that i didn't exercice as well as i should but i am back on track this week beginning the week with a very sweaty workout. lol
63.9 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
