I binged and ate cinnamon buns and a chocolate bar. I felt so empty. i've been eating Lean Cuisine. Also ate Teen Burgers.

I have been trying to eat protein in my lunch and supper. Haven't added it to breakfast yet, because am doing fiber.

Been mising a couple of days of exercise.
91.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 36.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week

You might try to get that protein in at breakfast. I notice when I eat big protein at breakfast, sometimes I am not hungry until dinner. Maybe combine the protein with some fiber.
