I am so sick and tired of being sick and tired. I want to take accountability for my actions. I am GOING TO WALK EVERY DAY. This is ridiculous. I didn't work so hard and go through so much pain just to gain everything back. I MUST make time for it.

That is exactly how I felt when I started this journey. It does get better, still have days I'm tired but those are getting fewer. No longer feel sick or in daily pain.
