I was sick last week for the most part and didn't get in enough exercise. I did a bit each day but not enough. At least I didn't gain anything back...too bad there wasn't a little loss though. We went to Niagara Falls as well. I did lots of walking, but a few of my choices weren't the greatest. This week I am off to a much better start. I am still not feeling 100% but I did a full hard workout today and actually went jogging yesterday! 16 more lbs and I will be right where I want to be!!
