Yay! I met my goal and then some, woot, woot! Didn't even really notice until I got on the scale ha! I guess I have to set another goal. Cool way to start the week.
74.3 kg Lost so far: 6.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
