Holy crap!!! Looks like i just might reach my goal of 140 by July 31st!!! that means i have until November to reach my ultimate goal of between 125-130!
68.1 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
