Summer is just terrible for losing weight. Everyone is out drinking and eating at parties. It is really hard going to a party and not eating the junk food or drinking but I have been doing it. I have been doing some of the grovery shopping since I am off school and my mom works. This has helped big time. I really need to step up the working out. Once I get back into it the weight will come off. It is just getting motivated to start going to the gym again. I know I feel so much better when I do go, but summer laziness has the best of me sometimes.
Weight Watchers + Gym = Weight Loss
I need to make meal and exercise plans to get me back on track.
85.3 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
