Managed to fix starting weight so its now correct.
So i have slowly started losing weight without any real effort. How? I got a George Foreman grill and the crap that slid into the tray freaked me out, not used cooking oil for over a month and i used to fry everything.
Met a couple of long time friends yesterday, one for the first time in many years, we had a walk in the hills and today i saw the scales slip into 107kgs from 111kgs at my max.
Going to start walking a lot from now on (This is how i always drop weight) so the kgs will fall off quickly. We did a great route of about 8/9km which i can get to, do and get back from with the dog in 4 hours.
Self employed so 2 days a week i will set off at 7am and get back for 11am.
Yup i am switched on to this now
