60.65 kgs this morning. Semoga setelah "bulking" kemarin aku bisa lebih semangat lagi diet dan olah raganya 🤭 Apa ini udah saatnya aku pake PT ya di gym biar ga bosan banget gitu kalo latihan sendiri? 🤔
