59.70 kg this morning. Hmmm gpp yang penting bukan otot, Amin. Tapi palingan mah nanti naik lagi kayak yang sebelum-sebelumnya yang kalo udah 50an pasti naik lagi ke 60an. Yang penting bukan otot yang turun plis, udah gitu aja. Amin ya Tuhan 😭🙏
