Hey guys. I've gone home for the holidays, still tryna get into rhythm of holidays and food choices, my dad eats the same thing everyday so it's hard to make separate meals for myself. It's not too bad though, I'm adjusting well, it's just hard being back where I gained all this weight. But overall all is good, I'm happy and feeling great.
I'm also going to be scarce on here. Keep at it yall.
Are you guys good though?
