Well I reached my "big" goal of getting down to the "healthy weight" range for my height! My main goal is not so much to lose a lot of weight although another 10lbs would be fantastic! I am concentrating more on endurance and toning for this next chapter. If I do get down to 125 perfect! If not, no biggy! The biggy has already been achieved and I am so proud of myself for getting down to a healthy weight for me!
