I am half way to my weight loss goal. This still feels unbelievable to me. My initial weight loss goal is 89 pounds based on an arbitrary goal weight that is lower than I have been in years, though still in the overweight category. I am going on a cruise in August a year after starting this journey and wondering how far I will be toward my goal at that time. One day at a time.
117.6 kg Lost so far: 20.3 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yay! Congrats! I’m working toward my cruise in May. I hope to be at least 10 more pounds down and fitter for all the walking I plan to do.

Moko, good luck on reaching your 10 pound goal for your cruise. I am hoping to be down at least another 30 pounds before my cruise. I average losing 5-7 pounds a month so maybe.
