I fell off the healthy wagon of eating. Eating out way to much and unhealthy portion sizes of healthy food. I GET to spend several hours today doing meal prep to get myself back on track. Getting COVID for the second time four weeks ago was the big start of this slide and I am still having residual fatigue and difficulty with effusions in my ears that my FNP is helping me manage.
