Did have 2 takeaways this week but got back on the good eating
I figure its almost a month now and 1 takeaway a week versus what i used to do is a huge difference.
Planning to climb the local hill when work done today and cannot wait (Its a really steep climb but i am getting fitter and i am looking forward to it being a bit easier than last time. I am excited to be working towards the point where its easy to walk up
