Yay , one more pound lost ! Cooking fresh and healthy does take longer , but it certainly pays off . Now all I need to do is get more motivated to exercise ..
68.5 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I did construction for many years till i became disabled due to a tumor in my leg.. That's why I packed on the pounds.. Keep up the great work!!
