Hello! I am a 23 year old Canadian girl. I currently work in construction, and have for the past few years. I am also taking online school part time, so I am very busy. In high school I was about 105 lbs, which in my opinion was too thin. I have gained since then, due to bad eating habits and lack of exercise. I never thought I would break 150 on the scale, but unfortunately I did :( Now I am learning to cook with FRESH and HEALTHY foods to lose weight and feel better about myself! Also trying my best to get back into exercising more. I am always up for tips and suggestions, and having buddies where we can help and support each other through our weight loss journey!
