Haha!!!Made it through the weekend, went out to eat 3 nights in a row. And yes, for the first time in a long time, I didn't gain over the 3 days. I can say that I actually made things work for me. Drank a ton of water each time out & that really helped me keep control of my portions. For once I didn't eat every morsel on my plate. I grew up not allowed to leave the dinner table until every bite of food on my plate was eaten. Also, I always ate my veggies first. Hopefully this week on phase 2 goes well. Got my snacks planned, so we'll see......
