So I have been lifting weights 4 times a week with 15 minutes cardio, calorie deficit for 2 months. Instead of dropping kgs on the scale, it remained the same. I was also constantly very tired. This week I decided to rest from gym. went on the scale, and lo and behold..I'm about 700g lighter. what could be the reason.
