I'm back to EFS after taking a month off for mini-vacations stretching from the end of July to last week. I'm proud to say that I've stayed roughly around where I was at, so not too much damage. I now have to get back into the swing of things. It's easy to follow the eating plan of EFS and really have to get motivated to get back into the long cardio workouts. One day at a time...
