had been eating a lot of candy last 2 days, but went to the gym yesterday for a good workout, and i've noticed that if I do this just once, it can't be that bad, because i've lost the weight already :)
50.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
