Ugh, my family wanting to eat out is killing me. It's so hard to find low calorie options at restaurants if they don't offer salads. Not to mention, the amount of sodium is insane. Hopefully, this is just water weight cause I didn't go over my calorie intake yesterday, but my sodium was much higher than normal.
140.7 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 50.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I hear you on the sodium. Something I do to help with calorie counting and sodium content is before we go to the restaurant, I look at their menu on their web page and select a meal close to what I can afford calorie and sodium wise and order it when I get there.
