Well it's been a tuff last few weeks obviously havent been entering my food and exercise like I should. Between goign on vacay and starting a new job. I have actually gained all my weight back. It's amazing how fast it can turn around. Need some motivation and need to get my butt to the health center and get the ball rolling. Must be a start of a new week tomorrow.
