Good morning my fellow lb droppers!!! Today is a good day to lose weight :) be blessed, have a cheat meal lol and work that behind off.
94.8 kg Lost so far: 22.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
