I feel very well on sb diet. I don't get cravings, eat 3 meals and 2 snacks and am satisfied throughout the day. I did notice that on one day when I drank diet soda, I was back to feeling hungry all the time, even though I was eating properly. I have cut out diet soda! I am delighted to be down 2 pounds (thought it would be more) but considering I am not needing to cheat, and am eating until full, I think it is working very well.

I believe some of the diet products may have ingredients which, while calorie free or low cal, may stimulate the production of adrenalin and cause hunger in the same way that regular sugar does.
