OK... I am back on track! Week one in Phase one down!! I'm excited about the loss. I wish I could loose like this every week! I'd be at my goal in no time! :)

112.7 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg. Still to go: 22.5 kg. Diet followed: 100%.

I feel you on that one... I finish week one tomorrow and its been a great week! If i kept losing like I did I'd be done in 2 1/2 more weeks! Congrats!
