Ate doughnuts yesterday. but am making a You-turn. Found flaxseed at the store and I am making cookies with Stone ground whole wheat flour (talk about dedication! )

Feeling better. Haven't lost inches yet but I have lost a couple of pounds so that is a bonus.
78.9 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week

More than one doughnut? You sound like me last week. I had been doing really well for five weeks. Then my neighbor--who had given us a Cookie of the Month gift for Christmas, which she would bake--last week brought over September's installment, the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had! I ate one in the morning, then one early afternoon and throughout the day kept walking by that plate of cookies. Finally, I called another neighbor who has two teenage boys and asked him (for the third month in a row) if he would like the rest of the cookies. He gladly took them off our hands. When a plate of them is readily available and in my face, it is nearly impossible for me to eat just one. Just one more reason to keep them out of the house . . . but I don't have the heart to tell the Cookie of the Month neighbor!
