Yea... not sure what the hell happened here... annoyed... but.. this weekend i did do a 6am hike up mt. rubidoux w/ lovey and we ran about a 1/4 mile up!

I didn't do anymore working out over the weekend though...I found myself hit the wall and I was so tired after that. Lovey says its because I worked out to t-25 this week and that plus combination made my body tired.

I did however, do quite a bit of walking at Costco for groceries :). Also, I found my PIYO DVDs!

Today - I did Piyo this morning, walked 30 minutes at lunch, and plan to do t-25 tonight when I get home.

I'm confused on the weight gain... I guess the weight loss before was probably all just water. I did eat a shit ton of carbs this weekend though, on Saturday and Sunday I ate nachos... bad, bad, bad.

this week I'll aim to do carb free again minus about 60 grams of carb / day. LCHF is the next wave of awesome. We'll see how good it gets. I also plan to take body measurements tonight when I get home and plan to follow the T-25 and Piyo workout calendars... YIKES... Hoping to get some weight off for this damn wedding. UGH!
