wieghed myself this morning after a weekend of eating not well... and I was 176... wth... I can't make sense of this crap. This weekend I ate more carbs than normaland didn't gain quite as much as I thought I would.
79.8 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
