Lots of greiving recently. Lost both of my gparents on my mother's side. I've been eating my emotions and everyone else's around me. Time for a change. I've been running recently b/c I made a hormonal decision to run a 5K... in a month. So yeah, it's kinda forcing me to get off my a$$ and do something. Trying to stay strong and rock out!
