A backtrack. I made the mistake of a 400 calorie lunch. Starved and gave in at 5:00 and ate the rest of the Bison and Beans I had already cooked, but then at 8:00 PM I gave up and binged. Drank wine and ate wheat thins with cheese. Why did I have that in the house?

Today will be a good day.
