Had a hot pocket pepperoni sub and iced tea for lunch then around 1pm did my 5miles which is 20 laps on the treadmil loosing 719 calories and in 4 minutes did 300 crunches instead of doing 200 so far this week out of the 3,000 crunches I have done 600 crunches and did 5 real push ups and 10 girl push ups on my knees out of the 750 this month for the challenge i need to do so getting there last day this week is tomorrow so gonna to step up my exercising sick or not might use my bike outside next week too and get some air so i can work on my outdoor allergies
